Computers,
finally built
for humans.
Most technology is designed for an imaginary person — focused, organised, unhurried. A lot of us aren't that person.
For people with ADHD, or anyone dealing with the relentless noise of modern work and life, the tools that are supposed to help can end up being just more things to manage. More tabs. More notifications. More ways to feel behind.
Computers 4 Humans exists to fix that — by building technology that fits the way you actually think, rather than demanding you think differently to use it.
Technology that fits the way you actually think — rather than demanding you think differently to use it.
Four beliefs that shape everything we make.
Start with a conversation.
Not a product catalogue. We want to understand what's getting in your way before we propose anything.
One person at a time.
Every system is personalised — hardware, software, and setup — shaped around one real human's needs.
Quiet by default.
Fewer notifications. Fewer tabs. Fewer ways to feel behind. Technology should recede, not demand.
Built for different brains.
Designed with ADHD and neurodiverse minds in mind — but good for anyone dealing with modern noise.
Complete, personal computing systems.
We design complete, personalised computing systems — the hardware, the software, and the setup — shaped around one person's real needs.
That means starting with a conversation, not a product catalogue. Understanding what's getting in the way. Then building something quiet, reliable, and genuinely useful — whether that's a configured home device, a smart assistant that keeps you on top of your day, or a simpler way to do something that's currently taking too much out of you.
We're in the early stages — testing ideas, building tools, and learning what actually works. If this sounds like something you've needed, we'd love to hear from you.
Dr Paul Lunn
Computers 4 Humans was founded by Dr Paul Lunn, a software engineer with over 20 years of experience building technology across broadcast audio, digital health, and academic research.
He started this company because he noticed a pattern: the more powerful technology became, the harder it got to actually use — especially for people whose brains work differently. He's building the tools he wished existed, starting with himself, and opening them up to anyone who needs them.
